1. What We Collect

Enquiry form: your name, email address, subject of enquiry, message, and when you sent it.
Direct contact by email, phone or WhatsApp: the details you choose to share.
Website visits: your IP address and basic browser information, used only to deliver the website and protect it from abuse.

2. How We Use It

To reply to your enquiry and discuss the aircraft or service you asked about, to keep a record of enquiries, and to meet our legal obligations, such as due diligence checks if a transaction goes ahead. We never sell your data, and we will not send you marketing unless you ask us to.

3. Who We Share It With

Only service providers acting on our instructions: Microsoft Azure (stores enquiries, in the UK), Google Workspace (our email), Cloudflare (hosts the website) and Google Fonts (serves the website’s typefaces). If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy applies. If an enquiry leads to a transaction, we may share relevant details with the parties and advisers involved, with your knowledge, or where the law requires.

Some providers may process data outside the Bailiwick of Guernsey, such as in the UK, EU or US, with appropriate safeguards in place.

4. How Long We Keep It

Enquiries that do not lead to further business are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. Records of client relationships and transactions are kept for as long as the law requires. Access is limited to the team members who need it.

5. Your Rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, or receive a copy to pass to someone else. Contact us through the details on this website and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Office of the Data Protection Authority in Guernsey at odpa.gg.
